Physician Wellness Series - FREE CME CREDIT
The Ohio State Medical Association (OSMA) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The OSMA designates this enduring material for a maximum of 1.0 AMA PRA Category 1™ Credit. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Many licensing, credentialing and professional organizations, such as nursing, physician assistant, podiatry, and others, accept courses and hour for hour credits from any provider who is ACCME accredited and awards AMA PRA Category 1™ credit. All those who successfully complete a course will receive a certificate.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARTICIPATION AND CREDIT
There are no fees for participating in or receiving credit for these on demand activities. Each module is designed to be completed within one hour. To successfully earn credit, participants must complete the activity online during the valid credit period that is noted on the title page and complete the post-evaluation, which includes a commitment to change statement.

Access the online course via a computer with internet access and audio capabilities.

Complete the evaluation.

Submit a request for the certificate and it will be issued to you via email within 30 days.

At the end of the year you will receive a very brief Intent to Change Survey that we hope you will complete.
