Professional Training Program in Mind-Body Medicine
Mindfulness Tools, a 5-Day Residential Intensive Program™ is based on the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program (MBSR), and is offered for those who may not be able to participate in the traditional 8-week course. The program consists of 5 days (38.5 hours) of direct instruction. It is strongly recommended that you take it as a residential course to fully immerse yourself in this program. Learn more here.
Doing an in-person course on MBSR is not always possible, for financial and logistical reasons. This online course uses precisely the same course curriculum and resources that I used in my local in-person course, and if you follow the suggestions and practices for each of the eight weeks of the course, the learning can be just as deep and profound. In fact, the end-of-course reports I've received from online graduates indicate that they benefit just as much as people who complete the in-person course. Learn more here.
